Or course “wellness” encompasses so much more than just eating well, but of the many variables associated with being healthy, the food we eat is the one component of which we have complete control.
As a culinary teacher and holistic health coach, Christy’s passion is sharing the knowledge and skills that help people create immediate and lasting changes that significantly transform the quality of their life.
